Chavez is flexing his muscles once again. Notice he again mentions an American attack. Overall, the South American nations have been sliding towards authoritorian rule so I wonder where exactly he plans on taking his army once it is established.

I hope he is telling the truth and is just delusional that America can risk the criticism of invading Venezuela because the guy is just too out of control to run a proper war.
